Swapna Behera born on 1955 is a trilingual contemporary poet, author ,educationist, critic, translator, reviewer, a social worker, environmentalist and editor from Odisha, India. Her stories, poems and articles are widely published in Newspapers, International journals, magazines Anthologies and ezines and translated in different languages .
Swapna Behera is a former teacher for more than three decades i .e at the Mont Fort School from 1984-1995 and a teacher in Kendriya Vidyalayas, from 1995-2015 under Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan ,an Autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. She has taken an active part in the KINDLING THE KINDNESS PROGRAMME in the flood affected Ebion Public School of Mazuli ,the worlds largest Island in 2017.
